Be A DaNcE FrEaK !!

Hi Readers!

This is my new post under LRA. Its all about DANCE, yes the only thing which helps you in many ways and doesn't harm you at all & which you can even do alone. Never think that dancing is meant for people with good dancing skills only and even don't think that it is meant just for parties. Dancing helps in many ways, read them below:




1. Enjoyment: First of all, dancing means enjoying, you can enjoy dancing alone by singing  yourself  and dancing to your own tune. It multiplies the enjoyment when you are with your friends and people around  and all dancing together.

2. Weight Reduction: Instead of doing heavy exercise, one should switch to dancing for reducing weight. You can target a body part for toning it by doing various steps involving the targeted body part.

3. Blood Circulation: Not just enjoyment and weight reduction are the major benefits of dancing, but it also helps in circulating your blood properly.

4. Natural Glow: You'll be surprised to know that dancing gives you a natural glow upon your skin, that is with regular dancing sessions you will find a healthy glowing skin.

Dancing has many forms ranging from freestyle, salsa, hip-hop, classical, contemporary to group dance.... choose what you like and go forward for dancing. It will surely boost up your confidence and will let you dance confidently among your friends. Believe me, you will find a positive change in yourself. Unmanageable Hair!

Can't manage your hair well? Are they very frizzy? Are you tired of changing your shampoo and conditioner? Well the solution to all these problems is here.

EGG, not just healthy for eating but also for applying upon your hair.


I know many of you are vegetarians so instead of eating egg you guys can apply it upon your head, this will  help to provide protein to you hair and nourish them as well. But remember the egg should not be used as whole, its white portion is the one which is needed, otherwise it would leave your hair with a hell lot of smell. Following are the steps for using egg as a conditioner:

1. Take an egg (not too old).

2. Try making a small hole in it

3. Take out all the white portion by slightly shaking the egg

4. If possible, add Gooseberry (amla in India) paste to it for
    additional benefits

5. Apply it upon your hair and scalp

6. Massage it well

7. Leave it for about half an hour

8. Wash it with luke warm water

9. Then apply your regular shampoo

10. Finally, apply Lemon juice and wash it again after 5-10 minutes.

Try out this Home remedy and give your hair a new life. This works best
for unmanageable curly hair.Basically, this is used for dried out or frizzy hair, avoid using it upon oily hair. Also, add Gooseberry paste in any of you hair packs to enhance the quality of your hair. Also for additional volume and great shine to your hair you can add  Acacia concinna
(Shikakai in India). 

Eggs are rich in Vitamin A, D and E which also help in preventing hair loss. But remember it is important to remove bad odor of egg from your hair, this can be easily done by using lemon juice, this would rather add up fragrance to your hair. So stop worrying and start feeling  good about yourself. Make your hair from "Unmanageable" to "Unimaginable".

We no more need to go to a photo studio for getting our photos clicked and even for enhancing them. This is the era of Digital Camera and Photoshop. So, today we are going to talk about photography and photoshopy....

All we need is as minimum as 5 mega pixel digital camera (may be Canon or Nikon) and a latest Photoshop software(like Adobe Photoshop Cs3 extended). When purchasing a digital camera go for a semi professional one because they are easy to use yet loaded with many innovative functions.


This passion called photography will make you forget the world and will take you to a new place full of serene beauty. This beauty can thus be enhanced according to you with the help of picture software i.e. Photoshop. It is a bit difficult to use but with time you get to create magical pictures of your dreams with it. For some useful tips you can follow various sites on google.


You can follow these simple steps for improving the picture quality by photoshop:

1. Open the picture in photoshop
2. Go to  "Image" option on the top and choose "Adjustment"
3. Try out applying all the options under it and observe the changes occurring with each option chosen.
4. Save the changes you liked
5. Now choose "Filter" option on the top of the page and start applying the various enhancing options given, and don't forget to preview them before saving the picture.

Landing On An Island

Hi Readers!!!
This is my first post under Life Rejuvenating Activities i.e "LRA". So enjoy the ride by reading...
               A piece of a sub continental land surrounded by water is an ISLAND. So here I am going to take you to Andaman Nicobar Island, located near India and also called as Union Territory of India. It is a beautiful place loaded with awesome greenery and super awesome beaches. This place is a mixture of heritage, great flora, corals and panoramic view.
              The best time to catch up a trip to Andaman would be winters or any season other than summers, because it is considered to be a hot place. You need to get at least a whole week off from your work  to enjoy the major tourist destinations located there. Below are the enlisted places which you can add up to your memo:

1. Ross Island- It was the Administrative Headquarters for the Andaman and Nicobar Islands, before an earthquake rocked it in 1941. It gives a haunted look today but don't worry there are no ghosts.It is full of herbs and shrubs, also it is considered to have safe drinking water present, which you cannot find on any other island in there.


2. Cellular Jail- Also known as kala pani, the prison famous for cruel torture to the prisoners. It has acquired a large land for building it. It no more contains any prisoners but now it is used for heritage and tourism purpose.





3. Coral Island- Situated in north bay, it is a beautiful place meant for snorkeling and scuba diving. It has white sand beach and is surrounded by pristine beauty of nature. It stuns the visitor because of its beauty and serene environment.




4. Havelock Isand- A beautiful island surrounded with blue-green water and located about 2.30hrs away from the Port Blair City. The easiest way to go there is by ship. The main beauty lies in the sunrise and the sunset seen while in the ship. It is the most beautiful scene to be seen.

5. Museum- Not just a single one, but there are so many museums located on the island cities. you can find all the history associated with the place there. It tells us how people use to live and what were the things they used in the back times.

So these are the must visit places, though there are many more destinations to catch up there. Do not forget to take up your umbrella and sunscreen before going there.

The most irritating season for hair, monsoon. Though it is an eye refreshing season, still it is the time when your hair cry for care. They fall, they grease and finally become dull. So to keep up the shine and luster in your hair you need to keep these little things in mind:

1.Use right products, a mild shampoo For e.g a gel based shampoo, which would wash out the dust and superficial dandruff (if present) and leaving your hair clean and healthy.

2. Condition your hair regularly after every wash, this boosts the shine and improve the hair quality.

3. Eat a lot of green vegetables and fruits, because you need to be healthy inside if you want yourself and your hair to look healthy.

4. Go for trimming, don't let your split ends grow, this damages the health of your hair and the look as well.

5. Last but not the least, drink plenty and plenty of water, which would hydrate your hair and let your skin get the natural glow.
